Julia Jones is the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Canterbury Christ Church University and a visiting lecturer at UK and International Universities specialising in business, entrepreneurship and the creative industries.
Julia is also conducting her PhD research investigating the taste and consumption habits of Over 45s at Westminster University.
